	Join us on Fridays this Fall for a relaxing lunch in music filled Heritage Plaza. All performances are from noon until 1 pm and are free to the public. Sept 30 James Macon, Oct 7 Jeremy Peyton, Oct 14 Sons of the Republic, Oct 21 Darby Warren Project, Oct 28 David Smith, Nov 4 TBD.  Check back soon for the complete lineup of exciting performances. Big Dave's BBQ has chopped beef sack lunches available for purchase. Downtown Market will be a part of the Music on the Plaza this Fall. Vendors are invited to contact the Main Street Office by phone (903-237-4040) or by email downtown@longviewtx.com . There is no fee for the space but an application is necessary because spaces are limited.  Heritage Plaza is located at the corner of Methvin and Green Streets next to the Post Office.

pen air. Families and other viewers come with their chairs and/or blankets to sit on the plaza and the slope of the hill that circles half of the Plaza.

Free popcorn and drinks are provided while the supply lasts. Movies begin as soon as the sky is dark enough to see the screen. Depending on the movie, other activities and entertainment may be included.

This is a community event. No admission is charged for the movie and the popcorn and drinks are free as long as the supply lasts. However, costs for licensing, screen rental and equipment rental do amount to a significant expense. Movies on the Plaza depends on sponsorship from the Longview community to help pay for these costs.
